Chapter 37

Akira's POV

Sitting down in the room all alone is what I can't just take. I feel drowned and so tired. 

Everything that had happened earlier keeps playing in my head and I feel a lot guilty. 'Things wouldn't have played out if she had just taken her time to plan things out, but no, she wants to rush everything..'

I couldn't stop thinking about the casualty and the lady's escape. I thought I would separate her and the Alpha for good, hell no! What happened only gave her peace and love.

Now, the duo are more close than what I could ever imagine. I can clearly see that the lady feels indebted to him for everything and that would be difficult for me to chew. 

She shouldn't feel that indebted. Her feeling is just only going to awaken her love for him which I don't want.

'Damn..!' I think I am getting hard on myself with thoughts that are unnecessary. I laid my palm on my face for a sec, before removing it.
