A warm baritone voice jolted her thoughts. Elena turned quickly, and her eyes immediately narrowed, trying to recognize the face of the man standing before her. Tall, neat in a navy blue suit, his hair in order, with a pair of brown eyes that still looked familiar.
“Sorry, I—” Elena frowned. “Bara?”
The man smiled broadly. “You finally remembered. I thought you had completely forgotten about me.”
Elena stood up immediately. “Bara Alexy? Oh my God! How are you?”
Bara laughed softly. “I’m doing well, Elena. Hm... the last time we met was when we were still in our white and gray uniforms.”
