"I called for a meeting but he hasn't returned my letters. I'm going to have to force it on him. I already found out his schedule from one of his servants. Apparently he's been staying in the library a lot more than usual."

"Doris is right. That might be a perfect spot to do it." Enzo glanced at the fire. "Perhaps we should be there when you talk to him."

"I don't think that would be wise. He might be distracted by my lady." William said bitterly.

Enzo raised his brows and looked between Doris and William. "Is that so?"

"No." Doris said quickly. "He wouldn't be. If you think we should be there, we will be there with you, William."
