Chapter 145

“Let’s go!” The two officers, together with Vera and Dr. Holland, ran out of the room in pursuit of Mr. Hernandez.

Mr. Hernandez’s face had not been seen yet. He was still pacing quickly to Conan’s ward.

“Hey! Hey!” one of the officers called out to Mr. Hernandez but he refused to stop.

Probably he didn’t know they were talking to him? The officer also thought that.

“You on black, wait up.” the second officer said to Mr. Hernandez. This time, they were clearer.

Mr. Hernandez’s body language revealed that he was now aware that he was the one being called. He fastened his pace and took a quick turn to his right.

Mr. Hernandez was unaware that something of this sort happened at the hospital. He’d have avoided the hospital for that day, probably, he’d have aborted his mission.

“Aren’t you hearing us?” the officers shouted as they followed him closely.

The officers would have let him go if he didn’t start trying to get away from them. All t
