Chapter 34. Failed

“If I had thought too much and come up with grandiose ideas, which is not a typical thing to do if you’re just his best friend and not his girlfriend, what would you two suggest, considering that Trevor is also your friend?” Savannah asked Sandra and Shirley, rolling her eyes while they were together in a coffee shop near Shirley’s workplace. To avoid getting bored, Savannah brought up this topic since they still didn’t have any plans yet, and Trevor’s birthday was next week, coinciding with the opening of his bar, Low Zone.

They were hanging out there because they had decided to accompany Savannah while waiting for the results of her scholarship application at Carter Medical Center. The results were set to be released today, and they said that the emails would be sent out around noon or in the afternoon.

“Does your boyfriend, Sandra, and Seth have any plans?” Shirley raised her eyebrow when she asked Sandra.

“Drake didn’t mention anything to me. Should I ask him?”
