Chapter 10

So I have big news! Great news in fact. This is one of the most exciting things that has happened to me in days.

Sterling asked me on an official date!

No creepiness whatsoever. I accepted and we are to meet somewhere anonymous.

Am I nervous?

Of course, I’m nervous, it’s freaking Sterling. The guy that stalked me and knows almost everything about me.

The guy whom I don’t even know his last name.

I am not afraid.

Though I’m emotionally drained I’m not afraid. My father’s death anniversary passed and it was beautiful.

I expected that day to be so hard on my mother but she was at her best.

She stayed home, cooked, and cleaned. She even worked out! She was so productive that I was incredibly inspired by her strength.

At first, I thought she was trying to busy herself so much so she could distract herself from the fact that it was my father’s death anniversary but it was the complete opposite.

She celebrated him that day.
