Chapter 58

“Oh my god..” Amanda cries and my heart aches for her.

It seems like she and Jessie were close friends. This must be troubling news for her.

I take my attention from her and I speak on the phone.

“James, how did this happen? Did you..” I begin but I don’t complete my sentence.

“Oh, gosh no. Why would I kill her?” He responds.

“Then let me know what happened?” I inquire.

To be honest, Jessie's dying may be sad, but it takes a major obstacle out of our way.

We don’t have to worry about anyone going to the police or destroying our plans.

“Well, I listened to you and I took Carlos along. We have the residential addresses of all our employees and Jessie was not an exception.” He begins.

“Carlos and I went to her place and luckily for us, she was exiting a cab right in front of her house. When she got down, we parked our car not too far from her and we advanced towards her.” James explains.
