“I know,” She replies and my heart skips a beat even though I maintain my composure.

“What do you mean by that?” I ask her and she holds her chin and stares at me for a few seconds.

“Taylor Marshalls,” She says her name, and my forehead wrinkles in confusion. She already said her name, why is she saying it again?

“Okay?” I reply to her and she frowns a bit. 

“I am Russell’s wife, and we were going through a very nasty divorce,” She informs me and I nod slowly in realization. Oh, that is why she kept saying her name, so I could notice that they have the same last names.

I thought Russell had no family, but apparently, he has a beautiful wife that he was in the process of divorcing.
