“I’m good love, enjoy.” She says and then closes the distance between us and kisses me right on the lips. The warmth from her breath sends shivers down my spine.

I lean in more to the kiss but then she pulls away. She then smiles shyly and begins to walk away as I just stand there, watching her disappear into the Club.

The walk back to my building in some way helped me think a lot. As the cold air of the city brushed against my face, all I could think of was Davina.
