“Is everything alright?” I ask, I want to know if I’m okay.

“I let her in,” Davina answers my thoughts. “She was at the door since the fight between that guy and your dad happened and you threw her out.” She continues and I sigh.

“I should leave.” My mom says and I shake my head.

“No, you can stay,” I say and I see her visibly relax.
