Chapter 6

After our long and arduous journey to reach school, we finally made it. Our excitement was short-lived, however, as Josh had to search for the perfect parking spot to accommodate his car. Unfortunately, this meant it took us a considerable amount of time before we could even think about getting out of the vehicle.

Feeling a growing sense of unease, I quickly glanced at my wristwatch to check the time. To my horror, I realized that I was running late for my very first class. Panic set in as I knew that the teacher was notoriously strict when it came to punctuality. If I didn't make it on time, I would undoubtedly face severe consequences.

With a hurried wave of goodbye, I frantically turned to address Josh. "Oh goodness, Josh, I can't thank you enough for everything. I truly appreciate your efforts. I'm sorry I can't stay any longer, but I absolutely have to rush to my class. Catch up with you later!"
