After enduring the terror and suffocation of Ian's dreaded home, I raced towards the front door, my temper flaring from the earlier situation at the store. With a single-minded determination, I jabbed the doorbell repeatedly, heedless of any interruptions.
"I'm comiiinggg!" his voice boomed from within. The door swung open abruptly, revealing the irritating sight of Ian in all his glory. His attire, consisting of a sleeveless top and boxers, accentuated his muscular frame, while the presence of a joystick in his hand provided undeniable evidence of his uninterrupted video game marathon.
