Everything was strange in this place.
It was atrociously beautiful and full of greenery, but the people here were weird.
I don’t know how to describe them. Maybe it was because I was used to the high-end, chaotic life of the city.
These people speak little, boring into each other’s eyes most of the time, as if they have some secret communication I was not accustomed to since I was an outsider, but it appeared weird.
I sighed and massaged my foot since it was aching from wearing heels for the last ten hours.
I constantly walked around with Alen and Zishan to attend to the clients and secure the business deals under their negotiation.
“They are inside,” Maria smiled at me, nodding at me in a signal to go inside.
This was the last scheduled meeting of the day, and the Martino brothers would also be present this time.
