Chapter 37. A Weird Dream
Angelica’s POV
‘Do you think this is the right way to deal with it?’ a voice resounded around me.
It was dark, a little too dark than I preferred.
The fresh smell and sound of water running indicated I was in a forest near a water body.
But how was that possible? I clearly remembered entering the private plane with the Martino brothers.
“You are lost, aren’t you?” Someone around me asked.
I turned to look for the source of the voice. However, no matter where I looked, I couldn’t find anyone.
“Hello? Is someone there?” I asked, but the thought of those dumb heroines in the horror movies crossed my mind, and I gave up on calling whoever it was.
First, I needed to leave this forest. Then, I would find the Martino brothers and ask them what kind of sick joke it was.
