Angelica’s POV
I don’t know who those girls are who remain indifferent to their boyfriends or can stay angry at them for an extended time, because it was hell difficult for me.
After caressing me like a baby, telling me that nothing was wrong and that they would protect me from anything and everything, the men didn’t leave the room.
Rather, they say on the couch, ready to sleep in that tiny space for my comfort.
I thought they were just pretending because they knew I would call them to bed, seeing how uncomfortable they were.
But none of them complained.
They sat there and slept in that strenuous position the entire night.
Even though they weren’t sleeping with me, their presence provided comfort that I couldn’t describe.
“What would you like to have for breakfast, Mi Vida?” Ericson asked from the kitchen.
I pretended not to hear him, continuing my scrolling on the web.
