I let out a small laugh at Asher’s words, knowing too well that no one would stop them from entering the pack, considering their status.

“You are funny, Asher. I am coming to get you guys,” I told him over the phone and jumped out of bed.

Rushing over to the main door of the pack, I met Oliver and Asher. I understood he was trying to be respectful of my position and didn’t barge in. Instead, he took permission, setting an example for others.

I indicated to the guards to open the gates.

Oliver rushed to my side as soon as he saw me and I opened my arms to receive my son. “I missed you.”

“I missed you too.” I gave him a kiss on his cheek.

Asher sauntered over behind him with his signature lopsided smile and said.

“He wouldn’t stay back, so I had to bring him over.”

“I am glad you guys are here. Come let me show you around.”
