Chapter 64. A Warning

“Will they treat me with hostility?” I asked drowsily as I opened my mouth and nuzzled my head against Alpha's bare chest.

“Likely, I'll go with a threat and a proposal,” he lazily responded, stroking my hair.

“Is it really necessary to threaten right from the start? Why not propose something first?” I murmured softly as sleep began to envelop me.
