Chapter 84

The moment Atlas said his name, my body froze. All of my thoughts become that much more intense, and the terror I felt yesterday is crawling back up with a vengeance. I feel a squeeze on my thigh, causing me to look at Apollo. His eyes are caring, and they are speaking volumes. “Uh, did I miss something? What’s going on?” I swallow and try to summon the courage to say what needs to be said.

How do I tell them about what their brother wanted to do to me? I know Apollo came to save me, but would he really believe everything that happened? I have no idea how Atlas feels about anything. What if he calls me a liar? What if he wants to cast me out because of what I tell them? I don’t think I could take it if my mates decide that I’m lying about their brother. Stop thinking negatively and tell them what happened. I bet they will believe you no matter what.
