Chapter 124. In the Attic

After eating, I offered to wash the dishes. I noticed Mom yawning, so I told her to go ahead and go back to sleep since it was a really sleepy weather since it was cold and besides, it’s still early, barely 7 AM. She had probably woken up around 5 AM earlier since she had to cook breakfast and prepare Dad’s packed lunch.

After cleaning up and washing the dishes, I saw that Mom had fallen asleep on the couch. To keep her warm, I decided to get a blanket and covered her with it before heading up to my room.

Once in my room, I immediately organized my things and then went straight to the attic, carrying the professional video camera to set it up.

I quickly took the professional video camera out of the bag and set it up. I found a chair to place the camera on, positioning it by the window but facing away to avoid backlighting the shot.
