John’s POV
“I just think that it is the right time.” I didn’t even know anymore what was coming right out of my mouth. I just scratched the back of my head, hoping that it could ease the embarrassment that I felt.
Yana looked at me with a perplexed expression on her face. She must have been weirded out by how I was acting. “Right time for what?”
“To spend some time together?” I responded while pointing at my car.
“What?” She just laughed at me, and that made me want to be eaten by the ground even more. “Are you crazy? Our parents are not even here, CJ. It is not necessary for us to pretend—”
“Fine.” I cut her. “The boys were forcing me to introduce you to them.”
