Chapter 70

John’s body suddenly grew weak, his strength drained away as Yana’s painful words echoed in his ears. The weight of her departure bore down on him heavily, compounding the agony caused by his own foolish mistake. In an outburst of anguish, he screamed at the top of his lungs, allowing some of the emotional burden to escape.
