Chapter 36

"Oh my goodness!" Rebecca froze on the spot when she saw who it was that was in front of her.

"Vee!" She called.

She swallowed a heavy lump in her throat as she stared at the figure in front of her. She was literally shaking and giggling within her at the same time.

"Will you move out of the way, Miss Rebecca?" Mr Smith asked and she nodded her head almost immediately before staying out of the way so he could come in.

"Babe." Victoria spoke the moment her eyes landed on him. No caring if Rebecca was there, she rushed into his arms and hugged him tightly.

Mr Smith wrapped his arms around her as he inhaled and exhaled deeply. He had been wanting to do that since morning. He was busy with work and once he was free, he drove to her apartment as he needed to know what was happening to her.

"Are you okay?" He asked and she nodded her head. A drop of tears slips her eyes but she quickly wipes them off.
