Chapter 38

Elizabeth sat down on the couch in the new apartment she had just bought with a glass of red wine in her hands.

She was out of the apartment yet she wasn't satisfied. She wasn't happy at all. She wanted to hurt Victoria so badly but seeing how Victoria had not bothered to stop her proved to her that she was never wrong about Victoria being a hypocrite.

She thought of what to do to separate Victoria and Mr Smith after knowing Victoria had found the document and had not lost her job.

She was extremely angry and bitter about everything. Things weren't going her and she hated it.

The next day, she dialed Mr smith's number.

Mr Smith is on his way back home to get changed and go back to work when he receives a phone call from Elizabeth.

He wondered why she was calling him by this time of the morning but then again he was glad she did as he wanted to ask her about Victoria and why she wasn't around yesterday.
