Chapter 89. Date on a Flowery Meadow

The day after tomorrow had arrived pretty fast. Due to needing a few of her things, Roxanne had returned to her apartment the morning of their date. She freshened up and met back with Lance in front of his penthouse.

The first thing she noticed when she walked out was the fact that Lance was dressed in a casual grey sweater and black jeans. He stood there looking handsome as ever as he smiled at Roxanne.

She stared back at him for a moment, trying to remember when last she saw him in that outfit.

“Hey,” Lance greeted her with a smile. “You ready to go?” He asked and surveyed her outfit as she nodded her head.

She was wearing a light blue off shoulder dress that came to just above her knees. On her feet were a pair of black high heeled sandals with small white crystals on the front of her toes.

Lance’s eyes lingered on her exposed collarbone for a moment before he grabbed her hand and began leading her to the garage where his car was parked.
