Ah, Jace. My light in the dark. The one who had been there to guide me and keep me thinking at that critical moment. I did not want to seem excited, just laid there. Harold was already rounding off when Jacob came inside. He had found something. That was good, at least one of us had been fruitful on this already annoying day. He was supposed to go for a meeting when I realised that I had found my strength. I insisted on joining them there. After a little deliberation, I was allowed to do so. Jacob led me and Damon joined us as we entered the library. I was made comfortable and all I needed to know was what things had happened.
