Chapter 30. Alana Met Someone

Pedro continues to gaze at Alana, who is now sitting in the car in front of their company. Pedro stops in his tracks, trying to think for a moment. What Alana, his boss's wife, is doing prompts Pedro to approach her rather than speculate about her thoughts. Pedro taps on Alana's car window, causing her to roll it down.

"Do you want to meet Mr. Leo?" Pedro asks.

Alana shakes her head, "No, I'm waiting for someone," Alana replies.

Pedro furrows his brow, "I thought you wanted to meet Mr. Leo and were afraid security would kick you out again." Pedro's guess makes Alana chuckle and shake her head.

"I think they won't dare touch me again after seeing this beautiful face. They must remember it. Not this face as the wife of the owner of the company where they work," Alana says, making Pedro nod in agreement.

"Then who are you waiting for?" Pedro asks curiously.
