Chapter 73. Alessandro Is Really Dead

Elena POV

I continue to stare at Alessandro’s lifeless body, still in shock.

I suddenly can’t breathe again.

The world around me is a blur. Alessandro’s lifeless body lies sprawled across the floor, his eyes frozen wide open, staring at nothing.

My fingers shake uncontrollably. I clutch my chest as if that will steady my racing heart, but it doesn’t.

I can still feel him …..his hands, his breath, his voice echoing in my ears.

Memories of our time together starts to flood my head.

I stare at the lifeless body of my first love…..the man I was so much in love with.

I remember the happy moments, the laughters we share, and painfully and sadly, I remember the terrible moments we had. Those times when he’s brutal and abusive to me.
