(Natasha's POV)

"Everyone. Meet my mate Natasha," Diego introduced, and I did a little show, giving a shy smile. Inside, I was boiling, and nothing but blood could calm this rage and I would satisfy my bloodlust.

"Nice to meet you all," I said, my voice small, but of course, that's all part of the play.

"Natasha, I do really like your hair." the Luna complemented, and I gave her another smile; this time it wasn't hard to fake it.

"Thank you, Luna, and I've heard so much about you."

She gave me a small smile that didn't quite reach her eyes.

I waited for her to ask about my pack and where I came from, but she never did. Maybe Diego had already mentioned to them that my pack had been attacked and destroyed, but still, I was grateful I wouldn't have to lie any further.
