Ethan’s POV

“I'm going to jump into the shower to freshen up before we go out.” The moment my voice is heard, Sky's ears become alert, and Vasil starts to act crazy with excitement.

‘Take her now.’ He growls.

When I came across Sky a few hours ago, she was busy scribbling in a little notebook while wrapped up in my blanket. Despite the occasional interruption caused by her phone, she remains focused on her notebook for the most part, undeterred by the distractions.

I can't help but smirk as I notice her blushing cheeks. “Care to join me, Buttercup?” My goal is to make her feel as awkward as possible, so I wiggle my eyebrows at her with a cheeky smile on my face.

The act of capping the pen and tossing aside the blanket was unexpected and caused a shock. Walking at a slow pace, she crosses the floor of my bedroom wearing nothing but one of my sweatshirts, and eventually comes to a halt just centimeters away from where I stand.
