Chapter 17. What's William Like?

Amelia's POV

Wednesday afternoon...

I went out of my tent and sighed as I got out. I need to get a job.

I am dressed in a tank top and black jean trousers with my black Snickers. I need some air first though.

I walked down the road, away from the trio squad. I sat down on a bench and watched the kids playing in the park just beside the road to the main city. I used to do this as well when I was young, together with my parents and brother on Sunday afternoons.

I do not want to think about all these right now. I stood up with my hands in my pocket and went into the small grocery store just beside the road to the trio squad.

I got out with a small bottle of pepsi in my hand and I sipped as I walked.

A black Mazda car stopped in front of me and I stopped moving abruptly.

A man got out of the driver's side and I became confused. Where have I seen this man before?
