Chapter 34. We Will Take Everything on This Rack

Amelia's POV

"Come on, Amelia. Let's go to the sitting room", Mirabel said all of a sudden as she walked ahead of me.

Weird that she just asked me to go to the sitting room with her but I followed anyways.

We sat on two different couches before Mirabel grabbed the remote control of the television.

"There is a comedy show that's always showing on the television every morning. It's my favorite one, trust me, you would love it. I would always watch it every morning when I was here, in country D. I am not sure if they do the comedy shows any longer though", she said as she continued searching through every channel.

She finally stopped when she reached one and she smiled at me before winking

"Rest your back and enjoy", she said with a smile and I chuckled.
