Chapter 29. Wedding Plan
Given the winding love story between Steve and Lily, it didn't hurt for Mrs. Anderson to treat Lily like her own child. She herself often asked Lily how she was doing, and even during the divorce, Mrs. Anderson had the courage to ask Steve how he was doing. She was very fond of Lily.
"How is your pregnancy going? I was worried when you were sick." Mrs. Anderson took Lily into her bedroom. She even invited her to sleep together tonight. "You can sleep with me. Ever since Steve's father died, I haven't been able to sleep well."
"I didn't even know about his death," Lily regretted.
"Ah, he died a year ago. He died of illness."Mrs. Anderson pulled out the blanket that was in the closet and placed it on the bed. Shortly after, she brought out a set of pink pajamas. She gave it to Lily, who was opening her suitcase looking for nightwear.
