Chapter 42. Possessiveness and the First Date

Lily rubbed her growing belly. She was in her eighth month today. Her happy face was clear. In her head, she had imagined the presence of her two children. How busy will her children be?

"Ah, they must look cute in my knitted clothes." Lily showed off her knitted clothes to Steve, her beloved husband. Steve, who was still busy doing his work, suddenly turned to see his wife smiling happily.

"You made them yourself?" Lily nodded. "Oh, it's so cute."Steve patted the spot next to him. Inviting Lily to sit there.

"I'll make it again tomorrow." Lily folded the knitted shirt and put it in a large cloth bag. "What do you want to eat? I made dinner."

"No, it's okay. I'll make it." Steve stood up after closing his cell phone. He did not let Lily cook dinner."Why can't I cook?" Lily sulked. Steve chuckled at Lily's sad face. He reached out his hand to take Lily's hand. He took her into the kitchen and told her to sit down and watch him from afar.
