Dermot's pov

Carter delivered on his promise by having my assistant bring the rest of my work to the hospital, I didn't have to stay here for long but the doctor said they needed to watch me so I will be here for some time.

I wasn't particularly ecstatic about it but it's not like I could do anything with Carter frowning down at me.

So exhausting.

He comes straight here after work with his dinner and mine because everyone knows hospital food is shit. We have dinner together and talk before he goes home leaving me here alone.
