Chapter 17

Kelman shook his head with frustration as he watched her panicked face and grabbing her hand pulled her towards the elevator. Was he that scared that she was looking for a chance to run away, he wondered. But admitted to himself that his approach to bring her to his condo was not normal at all and so maybe that was the reason she was looking so scared. 

They entered the elevator and Evana let out a sigh in distress and dropped her head. There was no way she could escape from him now. She was imagining her death in his condo.

As they stood inside the elevator, Kelman grabbed her shoulder and moved her in front blocking all the light from her body. She lowered her head and turned to the front trying to avoid his gaze. 

Kelman raised his hand and pressed the button for the top floor. The elevator jumped up one by one. Evana's heartbeat also started to rise and down.
