Chapter 23

“Kelman you are finally here!” Evana exclaimed softly and was trying her best to open her eyes.

The faint light in the darkness made her feel so unreal.

She could not tell whether it was real or not but her heart beat was beating faster. 

Seeing her dazed expression, Kelman patted her face. “Evana, wake up!”

“Kelman..." she whispered, "it's nice to see you please don't leave me, I'm afraid...” Evana leaned her face against his chest when he held her the warm comfort of his chest made her feel at ease.

Even if she died, she would not be afraid. She was not afraid now that Kelman was there.

But Kelman was quite worried as he knew that if Evana fainted then she might go into a coma as her eyes had gone all blurry. He tried to warm her by holding her tightly as she was very cold.

Kelman touched her face and pushed her hair back. “Don’t be afraid, I am here with you. I will take you back don't worry.” He whispered.
