“Miss. Fletcher, good morning.” John greeted.

“John, just call me Darcy let’s not be too formal,” Darcy spoke politely.

"But you are my boss's woman, I can't call you by your first name." John insisted as he was well aware of his boss's nature.

"I am just engaged to him so you need not fear him you can call me Darcy and if he bullies you let me know," Darcy spoke sternly.

John smiled awkwardly and said. “All right Darcy we ready to go.” 

“Yes, I don’t know why Gale gave you trouble to drive me there when I could have driven myself,” Darcy added dryly.

“Darcy many media outlets are hiding outside your house as well as at the office and we don’t know what they would do, remember the last incident so we did not want to take any chances,” John explained as he opened the car door as Darcy got in not noticing that Darcy had turned red as soon as he mentioned that night. As she had forgotten that John knew everything that transpired that day.
