MARCO’S POINT OF VIEW

I hurriedly drove to the nearest hospital. This was the first time I got nervous because of a girl. As soon as we arrived, the nurses helped me carry Marga inside. I hope it’s nothing serious.

I decided to call Suzy because I don’t have any contact with her family, but Suzy isn’t responding to my text messages and not answering my calls. I guess she’s enjoying the night too much and she forgot about her best friend.

I waited for the nurses and the doctor to check on her. Every minute that passed seemed like an hour. What took them so long? I impatiently waited until a doctor smiled at me. Did she recognize me or what? Gosh. Until at the hospital, they recognized me.

“Sir?” the doctor said, “Are you the father?” he asked.

Do I look old already? I even thought he knew me, “Do I look like the patient’s father, Doc?” I chuckled.
