Chapter 44. Worsen

Once again Abi looked at the photo of a man on her laptop screen. He watched the same object for a long time, until an amused chuckle escaped his lips as he occasionally took a sip of the wine in the small glass he was holding. The incident a few hours ago where Aurel finally wanted to talk about his relationship with his enemy's only son, aka Zein, made Abi speechless. He couldn't believe that he had been made to believe that the figure of a fat, geeky teenage boy who always spoke haltingly to other people because his guts were so small - except when he was with Aurel - had now turned into a different man.

His clothes, which used to always look tacky, have been replaced with expensive and fashionable branded clothes.
