"Coffee or a strawberry milkshake?" Maximilian asks, extending both for me to choose.

"Strawberry shake, thank you." I give him a kiss on the cheek and take it from him.

Looking across at Alexander, Maximilian smirks. "I told you," he says, passing the coffee mug to him.

"Shut up," Alexander sips from the coffee and mumbles.

I genuinely scoff at Maximilian for turning it into a contest.

I stand up and approach Alexander. "Thank you for the coffee, baby." I lick his lips after pressing mine against his, then back away and head back to my seat. "It was sweet." Alexander chuckles and takes another drink of coffee as Maximilian's face collapses.

"Hey, that's not fair." Maximilian tries to grab my strawberry smoothie and complains.

"No," I stare at him and shake my head. "Stop making bets like that, you know I won't like."
