Chapter 68. Homecoming

As I step out of the car I see Maximilian sitting on his motorcycle. He's facing in my direction. Once Justin closes the door. Maximilian takes off his helmet but continues looking in my direction.

Justin suddenly pulls me into a hard kiss. I don't mentally process the kiss but with Maximilian still in my mind- I smile into the kiss.

We pull away. "Baby, I need to go talk to someone before school." He kisses my forehead then lets me go. "I love you and I'll see you later."

I look back in Maximilian's direction but he is no longer there.

I turn back to Justin and smile. "Me too baby."

Justin walks off without another word.

"You love him," Kol says as we walk to the cafeteria for breakfast.

"Shut up." I grab a tray.

Kol grabs a tray and grabs a bowl of oatmeal. "What? You were the one that said" He does finger quotes "me too" I roll my eye
