Jessy's POV

My sisters and I almost cried when we noticed the rain coming. Not for fear that our makeup or hairstyles would be undone, but because the rain has always had that effect of making people change their minds. We wanted the nightclub to be booming. It was a Friday night. We wanted to have fun and meet new people. To be honest, I really wanted to have some excuse to find another man and forget about the call never received by Hazz. And only a nightclub would give me that.

Thanks to my request not to arrive in a limousine, we were divided into two cars, each with a driver and security. My mother didn't give up sending an armed man to wait for us outside. She said she knew very well about how much the trendy nights in the city could end in the worst possible way, especially for such important celebrities. I couldn't contradict her, so when we got out of the luxury cars and continued the rest of the route on foot, my sisters and I were determined not to get involve
