Chapter 53

Stanley and Maureen were outside the house where Maureen had taken the children. They’ve been warned not to do anything that may harm anything to all of them. So now, they’re waiting for the cops to give a signal.

They were anxious as they observed the house. All they wanted was to get Heather and Elaine.

“Hon, I hope we can get our children,” Stanley remarked as he held Maxine’s hands.

“Don’t worry, Hon. Just trust Him and pray. Lord will not leave us,” Maxine said and smiled a little.

Stanley moved his hand to his wife’s face, saying, “No matter what happens, take care of our child and always remember that I love you and our family very much.”

Maxine frowned at what she had heard and said, “Don’t say that, Hon. Both of us will take care of our children, okay? Nothing bad will happen. Just have faith.”

Then Stanley gave Maxine a soft kiss.
