Andrew opened his eyes and stared at Miranda in surprise as the main page appeared on the screen. Was this the game she intended to play?
He was on the verge of facepalming. But it wasn’t her fault if this was the only video game on the television. He couldn’t believe he was about to play such a role. He felt compelled to leave, but when he saw her joy, he groaned and leaned on the sofa, accepting his fate and convincing himself to deal with this predicament for the time being.
Miranda, on the other hand, was ecstatic to get her hands on the video game.
“Andrew, the game is about to begin, so be ready!” The game began after she exclaimed. Miranda, who had never played a video game before, practiced using the arrow buttons on the joystick to control her character. She clicked each button to see what it accomplished, and in no time, she was in full charge of her character, if not perfectly.
