I was bursting with happiness as I sat on Isla's bed, telling her about how Felix and I had kissed. Isla was beaming with joy for me, her excitement contagious. It was so nice to have her as a friend, someone who always supported me in my decisions.

"I'm so happy for you, Iris!" Isla said, giving me a big hug. "Felix is such a great guy, and you deserve to be happy."

I hugged her back, feeling so grateful for her friendship. "I know, right? He's so sweet, and we have so much fun together. I feel like I can be myself around him."

As we talked, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over me. Everything just felt right at that moment, and I knew that I was exactly where I was supposed to be.
