Chapter 44. Arabella and Aurora (1)

"You will die a horrible death, Arabella, I cur-" She didn’t get to finish her words when she coughed out blood, and the dark smoke in her body came out of her mouth. Emerald fell down to the ground, dead, her lifeless eyes didn’t leave Arabella.

Arabella opened her arms wide as if she wanted to hug someone, and all the dark shadows entered her body.

At that moment, Jay appeared, he saw Emerald’s lifeless body on the ground.

"You didn’t even waste time to kill the witch, I like that," Jay said, walking over to where Emerald’s dead body lay, bent low, and closed her opened eyes. "I will use her blood to unlock your Anaemis power."

"Thank you, my lord," Arabella said.

"Oh, and I love your new look," Jay told her and went to work immediately by draining out the blood left inside the body of Emerald.
