"I thought you might know something," he said. "I know that you weren't poisoning yourself."

"Of course not," I replied.

"Seriously, stop talking," he told her."You sound terrible. We're going to keep you in the hospital until I get home so I can figure out what's going on and who's hurting you. When the doctor comes in, you can talk to him or her about the rest. Look after yourself. In a few days, I'll see you again."

How could you call me, say something like that, and then hang up? I have been slowly getting my strength back. I lost weight that I couldn't afford to lose, and now I'm just supposed to lie in this bed for days.

The doctor came into my room and told me that I can only have Beta Liam as a visitor. He told me that the wolfbane would be gone from my body in a week. The best part was that my wolf started to move. Even though I can't talk to her, I could feel her moving again.

Twice a day, Beta Liam came with games and news. He's my only hope
