After that incident, everyone who knew acted dumb. But we don't even have any idea how we got there. I mean, near Redburg?? Why would we even!? The last thing the three of us remembered aside from being in detention was that vision. A very ominous vision, one I hoped isn’t true. 

The building was powered by pheromones. Although I was dead sure mom used her witch’s power. When I think about it, almost all of Woodhill’s tech must have been related to mom. Maybe that’s partly why the elders respect Crescent Moon. Partly proud and bitter about it. I mean, even without mom’s witch power our pack is brimming with strong alphas! …and omegas to add with that notion. Or maybe, they feel threatened with mother that they feel the need to hail us as such, all for the sake of having more eyes on us. Hmmm. I shook my head to erase such thoughts of being so judgemental with Woodhill and focus back about the detention.
