He instantly grabbed my waist, catching me before I could fall and hit my bum to the ground.

I grabbed his coat for support, and I bumped my forehead into his chest. He wrapped me in a tight embrace. One hand on the back of my head, while the other is still on my waist. He placed his lips on top of my head. “This is the greatest gift I have ever received.”
