“Now now, Dexter. If you’re like that, our mate would misunderstand.” Ricky mediated in between us and pulled me to pat my head. He was about to kiss the top of it, but I pulled away. Jacob is the only male wolf allowed to do that to me! 

Ricky’s eyes were furious for a moment because of that, but then he smiled sweetly at me. “Jacob and Abigail would surely be there, Aya,” he pretentiously stated. “We wouldn’t want you to see them and get emotionally hurt when you already have us.”

Yeah right. You guys just wouldn’t want your plan to be busted! I furrowed my brows at them. Still not backing out. I’m going, whether they like it or not! “But it’s a festival for mates! It would be our first celebration together!”
